Acclaimed worship minister, educator, and performing arts consultant Dr. Tammy Sian has released her second full-length album ‘Disciple’ on Friday the 2nd of May. Following her impactful debut, ‘Chronicles of My Destiny’, this new 8-track body of work continues to reflect Dr. Tammy’s fervent devotion to the Lord and the divine purpose embedded in her calling.
Rooted in the mandate of turning the hearts of the children back to the Father, ‘Disciple’ is a call to true discipleship through a lifestyle of praise and worship in spirit and truth. “We are called to do the work of an evangelist,” Dr. Tammy explains, “to carry His message of salvation and hope to those who need to be reconciled back to Him. This album is a narration of personal testimony, divine revelation, and freedom in what it means to be a disciple of Christ.”
The album’s first single ‘Yahweh’ was released ahead of the full album to prepare hearts for the message of restoration and victory embedded in the project. The rest of the tracks each reveal a sacred story with ‘Hold Me Close’ being an intimate cry for God’s presence in moments of deep emotional pain. Born from a season of torment and burden, the song invites listeners into a space of authentic worship. “In the noise of the world,” says Dr. Tammy, “we must return to organic, unadulterated worship. He will never abandon us—He is our sanctuary.”
The first Track, ‘Calvary’, recounts a season of hopelessness and spiritual exhaustion, transformed by a divine reminder of Christ’s finished work on the cross. “I was reminded that His sacrifice is irreversible and incontestable,” Dr. Tammy shares. “The Cross of Calvary destroyed every accusation against me. I am the bride of Christ, rescued, restored, and loved.” She adds.
